Information

Geared motor refers to the integrated body of the reducer and the motor (motor). This integrated body can also be called a geared motor or a geared motor. Generally, it is integrated and assembled by the manufacturer of the reducer, and then supplied as a complete set with the motor. .

The geared motor needs to be checked in the following aspects during the assembly process:

  (1) Torsional vibration inspection

The torsional vibration value is an important parameter to measure the quality of the geared motor. Considering the actual working conditions, a force of 1 5kN (vehicle weight) is added to the motor, and the vibration speed of the geared motor in this case is required to be less than 2.8mm/s, and there is no abnormal vibration. The main testing instruments are torsional vibration meter and torsional vibration sensor. In order to make the testing process simple, it is necessary to design a testing tool independently. The control requirements are the same as the airtight inspection, which is a routine inspection, and each unit must be inspected.

  (2) Air tightness inspection

For geared motors, oil leakage often occurs during actual operation due to poor air tightness of the gearbox, so air tightness inspection (oil leakage) is very necessary. The specific method is: in the assembly process of the reducer, before the oiling process, carry out this test, and apply the pressure to the reducer to 0.15MPa through the press. Under this condition, no air leakage is required for 20s, that is, the pressure remains unchanged. The main testing instrument is a precision pressure gauge. The control requirement is to have this inspection process in the assembly process of the reducer, and to make inspection records for each motor.

When producing and assembling geared motors, Celent Industrial must strictly follow the requirements of the above points to ensure the quality.
