1. The gear motor is overheated, check the actual load, adjust it to the specified value or replace the reducer with a larger power, and use the oil according to the specified amount of oil.
2. Knocking noise, meshing irregular micro reducer oil quality inspection, the lubricating oil of the micro reducer may deteriorate due to various reasons after a period of use, so the oil quality of the lubricating oil should be checked regularly. The oil quality inspection of the micro gear motor is to first cut off the power supply and wait for the micro reducer to cool, and then open the oil release bolt to obtain the oil sample. If the oil sample deteriorates, the lubricating oil should be replaced immediately.
3. Abnormal and stable running noise, bearing damage, need to replace the bearing.
4. Abnormal and unstable running noise, change the oil or refuel to the specified value.
5. The breather leaks oil, correct the oil level and install the breather correctly.
