Second, the solution to the failure of the gear reducer:
1. The thermal stress caused by the high temperature of repair welding cannot be completely eliminated, and it is easy to cause material damage, bending or breaking the parts. Electroplating is limited by the thickness of the coating. These two methods are to repair the metal with metal, which cannot change the matching relationship of "hardness to hardness". Even if the combined effect of various forces, it will wear again.
2. After 100 hours of use, clean the inner cavity and replace with new gear oil, and then replace the oil every 2000 hours.
3. The gear reduction box adopts 460# medium-load industrial gear oil, and the working environment temperature is 0-40.

5. When using the gear reducer, if you find that the shaft is elongated or the oil seeps at the connection, please replace the seals such as the oil seal of the tilting ice sled immediately.
