Micro reducer is a kind of power transmission mechanism, which mainly uses the speed converter of gears to reduce the number of revolutions of the motor to the required number of revolutions and obtain a larger torque. So, what are the disassembly steps of the miniature reducer?
1. Remove the lubricating oil pump.
2. Unscrew the oil plug at the bottom of the machine base and drain the lubricating oil.
3. Loosen the fastening bolts, and separate the base part and the pin gear part.
4. Take out the shaft pin sleeve.
5. Remove the stop washer at the front end of the rotating arm, and take out the cycloid gear II.
6. Take out the rotating arm and its bearing assembly.
7. Take out the isolation ring and cycloid gear I.
8. When dismantling the cycloid gear, remember the position of the prefix of its section mark.
