Track Robot


The guide rail robot application is one of the projects in collaboration with a well-known Swiss motor company for the development of a customized solution for the SerenTech precision planetary gearbox. Successfully developed a gearbox with a diameter of 42mm (maximum outer disc diameter of 95mm) with a backlash of less than 0.5° in a two-stage transmission, capable of outputting a large torque of 50Nm.

This type of drive system is extensively selected in robots; it does not require energy conversion, is easy to use, has flexible and precise control, and outputs large torque. Due to the prominent advantages of this type of drive system, it is widely used in robots.
